Governing the ethical operation, public contributions, and humanitarian programs of JANO SEBA KENDRA (JSK).
Statutory Authority: JANO SEBA KENDRA (JSK) operates under the NGO Affairs Bureau, Prime Minister’s Office, Bangladesh (Registration No. 1258).
1. Humanitarian Donations & Fund Allocation
All donations received through our website, official bank accounts, or authorized field offices are applied strictly to approved humanitarian relief projects (WASH safe water tubewells, disaster relief, doctor-led mobile clinics, and seasonal welfare). In accordance with NGOAB regulations, JSK undergoes an annual statutory audit by independent chartered accountants approved by the Government of Bangladesh.
2. Intellectual Property & Field Documentation
All photographs, documentary video footage, and impact case studies published on janoseba.org are the proprietary intellectual property of JANO SEBA KENDRA (JSK). Educational and journalistic reuse is permitted with written attribution and explicit consent.
