In-Kind Gifts Distribution Project 2025
Camp-12, Camp-15, and Camp-5, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh
January – December 2025
Delivering vital winter clothing, ECD kits, and family care items across 6 maritime containers.
Project Background & Operational Context
Jano Seba Kendra (JSK), with the generous support of Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD), USA, has been implementing the In-Kind Gifts Distribution Project 2025 to support the Rohingya refugees’ communities. Through this initiative, a wide range of essential items were distributed, including clothing for men, women, and children, winter garments, unstitched fabric, blankets, crutches, strollers, school-in-a-box kits, family and hygiene kits, wash and dignity kits, household and kitchen supplies, toys, and early childhood development kits. These resources play a vital role in daily life, providing protection from the weather, improving health and hygiene, supporting children’s education and play, and restoring dignity to people living in extremely challenging conditions. In 2025, JSK successfully delivered supplies shipped in 6 containers, reaching 12,189 families in Camp-12, Camp-15, and Camp-5 of Cox’s Bazar. With the dedicated efforts of JSK and the kind support of HHRD, thousands of crisis-affected families continue to receive hope, comfort, and essential relief.
“These winter clothes, blankets, and school kits brought immense comfort and dignity to our children in the camp.”
